| DIPLOMA STRUCTURE |
A student may choose from the following:
1. The Diploma in Personnel Management (Dip PM)
2. The Diploma in Training Management (Dip TM)
3. The Diploma in Labour Relations (Dip LR)
To obtain a Diploma, a student must pass a total of five subjects, one of which is compulsory regardless of the choice of Diploma. |

The onus is the student the correct combination of subjects for the chosen diploma. An example of a correct subject selection for the Diploma in Personnel Management would thus be:

| The diploma level has one compulsory subject and four others from which the student has to choose two from diploma reading of choice and one subject chosen from each of the selections offered under the other two Diploma headings. |

| ENTRY REQUIREMENTS |
• At least 5"O" level passes at Grade C Or better including English Language.
• By way of EXCEPTION, the Institute may admit applicants who do not possess the minimum 5 "O" levels as CONDITIONAL STUDENTS who must pass the subject Introduction to personnel, Training, Labour and Business before being permitted to purchase and embark upon any other subjects |
