All 2010 results were pleasing as most of you highly performed in different examinations set for. Congratulations, Makorokoto, Amhlope for those who made it, you make us proud, keep the ball rolling.
The institution certainly hope that this year will bring more favorable outcomes as it intends amongst other reforms to retain quality lecturers, award students who register four subjects and above free access to a fully equipped library with relevant and up to date study materials while also ensuring that a peaceful and conducive learning environment continues to prevail.
The institution will also continue supporting various examinations boards in providing financial sponsorship and prizes for those who will have done well. 2011 finds us strategically more focused on the following goals:
Improved academic performance
The institution will always strive to continue offering quality tuition through the service of highly competent and dedicated lecturers as well as provision of revision classes that will help in equipping students with information and confidence to excel in exams.
Superior customer satisfaction

As our customers you make us what we are and in return we are always proud of you.
Need for improved communication, networking and info sharing
The institution will always strive to address issues of effective and efficient communication with its students through various forms of communication. Communication helps us to continuously improve our systems, processes and controls. I am encouraging all old and new students to develop a culture of networking and info sharing through making use of the monthly newsletter's e-mail, opinion and sms column. Moreover students should also participate in website sms and chatline as well as cell phone interaction. This will also help in unearthing elements that might affect student life and the academia. Thus we are convinced that this will go a long way in further buttressing our service delivery. You must always feel at home to raise any issue that may affect your learning environment. Your feedback in whatever form is always important to us.
Sports for all students
The institution through sports department has introduced a variety of sporting disciplines to ensure that all students both academic and professional participate fully in sporting activities. Sports are important as they give one a career option that is highly rewarding since sportspersons are among the most paid professionals in the world. Sports are necessary to maintain our health and physical fitness. They can also inculcate good qualities in us. Involving oneself in competitive sports will encourage healthy competition . I encourage students to fully utilize this opportunity and participate in various sporting disciplines of their choices. Its my appeal to students through these sporting activities to enhance their networking with various organizations and individuals of high repute as this help them to keep updated on their career fields and job market. Networking is about developing lasting relationships for mutual gain and creating a longlasting favorable impression with people so they may think of you when an opportunity arises. It enables you to stand out from the crowd. It also helps you to hear about new job opportunities via word-of-mouth while also making you establish business contacts. Continuously networking will keep you connected and "in the know" in your industry. I am therefore encouraging all professional students and academics to leave their contact details such as cell phone number and email address at the Information and customer Service Desk for easy accessibility. Networking is worth your time and effort, so act accordingly.
More involvement in corporate social responsibility
Trust Academy believes that an organization must embrace society to sustain itself, thus we have a moral obligation to help society deal with its problems and to contribute to its welfare as well as providing solutions to its challenges. This year the institution is more geared towards assisting the less privileged in society and those in need socially, morally and financially. More emphasis will be on the orphaned, financially disadvantaged and handicapped where our team will have time to interact with the community. As Trust Academy, we are investing both human resources and in monetary terms to solve community social problems. We will continue to be responsive to the priorities of our society as this greatly influences our market position. We will be involving our students in these social and corporate responsibility programs. Please participate. A calendar for these sporting activities will be circulated shortly.
The Certification examinations are for both internal and external candidates covering the whole of Zimbabwe and beyond. Acquiring any of these Certifications proves beyond any reasonable doubt that one is competent in their area of profession. At Trust Academy we believe in building an individual’s mental and physical being thus all students are encouraged to partake in any sporting activities being offered at the institution. This increases our levels of interaction internally and externally.
Effective use of quality control checks
The institution will always value your views and opinions for they define and shape our identity. Because of this there will be class visits by Managing Director, Principal and Heads of Departments (HODs). It is only through your views and opinions that we can rate our performance and at the same time strive to tirelessly improve on our service delivery. I appeal for your continuous support in ensuring that the performance evaluation exercise brings favorable results in a win-win situation for both of us. Meanwhile, if there are any issues that you raised but have not been addressed please advise your sectional heads or visit the Information and Customer Service department, the Principal or the Managing Director to get immediate attention to all outstanding issues.
Thank you once again for being part of the Trust Academy family as we thrive to help you experience quality educational service at its best. We will continue to offer career programmes that today's industries are most demanding and that are meant to equip students with the relevant industry knowledge and practical techniques critical to helping them excel in this ever-evolving and volatile business industry.
