Zimbabwe Project Trust |
Zimbabwe Project Trust is a local Non-Governmental Organisation established in London in 1978 by some exiled Zimbabweans (then Rhodesians). It acted as an information center for the liberation war and after independence in 1980; it opened offices in Harare and Bulawayo. Zimbabwe Project Trust´s mission is to facilitate access to skills and resources to the poor, disadvantaged and marginalized women, men, girls and boys of Zimbabwe for enhanced sustainable management of livelihood activities that promote fairness, equity and justice. Over the years, Zimbabwe Project Trust has evolved into a service and development organisation that complements government efforts in promoting socio-economic growth and development. Assisting towards the development of human resource skills among the poor and marginalized and fund raising are two investment vehicles; Trust Academy and Adelaide Acres Conference Center. |

Trust Academy |
Trust Academy was established in 1994 and is registered in terms of the Manpower Development Act 1986 with both the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education and the Ministry of Education Sports and Culture. Trust Academy provides superior tuition services for academic, professional and continuous development courses. Trust Academy is a private college with branches in Harare and Mutare.
Strategically located within the central business districts, Trust Academy campuses are easily accessible; provide secure parking and an environment conducive for lectures and studying. Today, Trust Academy is the leading private educational institution with the largest student enrolment on professional courses. Trust Academy is a dynamic college committed to serving the secondary and tertiary education needs of Zimbabwe. As a private, nonsectarian, co-educational institution with a strong customer focus, Trust Academy is known for its high tuition quality delivery systems on all certificates, diplomas and associate degrees courses through day, evening, and weekend classes in the following departments.

Business and Secretarial School |
| Trust Academy´s current mission statement affirms the Business and Secretarial School´s belief that with the right combination of challenge and support, every student has the potential to succeed, to seize opportunities and to shape their own destiny. Trust Academy is a registered International Licensee for the University of South Africa. To this end, the Business and Secretarial School is a UNISA Student Registrations and Support Centre. It also provides tuition for the programmes in the College of Economics and Management Sciences. On the professional front, the Business and Secretarial School has established itself as a leader in the provision of high quality tuition services at certificate, diploma and degree levels in the fields of marketing, accounting, finance, management, purchasing, tourism, public relations, banking and project management. The Business and Secretarial School has over fifteen years of partnership with professional examination boards that include Institute of Marketing Management (IMM), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Southern African Association of Accountants (SAAA), and Institute of Administrators and Commerce (IAC), Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ), Association of Business Executives, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and supply (CIPS), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Association of Certified Charted Accountants (ACCA), among others. |

Information and Computer Technology (ICT) Centre |
| By virtue of the College´s emphasis on early career access and the success of every student, the Information and Computer Technology Centre is also committed to building "human capital," that is, providing the kind of education that contributes to individual success and well-being. Trust Academy is currently in successful partnership with the Midlands State University as an associate college. The ICT Centre offers tuition and examinations for the Diploma in Management Information Systems (DMIS) and Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems degree (BMIS) collaboration with the Midlands State University. Unlike other IT training firms, the ICT Centre prides itself of having top of the range computing facilities, being an Approved Testing Centre for Pearson and CompTIA examinations, being an accredited Pastel Training Partner and an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Computer Based Examinations (CBE) centre. The College also offers short and medium term computing courses that include; Video and Sound Production, Networking, Desk Top Publishing (DTP), AutoCAD, Web Design, and Pastel in addition to International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) training and testing. |

| High School |
| The High School concentrates on excellence in teaching, with an emphasis on educating the whole person. Its curriculum provides a solid academic foundation with early access to career-oriented education. The department challenges students and itself to the highest possible standards of achievement, but that challenge is balanced by support for every individual student and a concern that each one succeeds. The High School provides tuition for Form one up to six in arts, commercials and computing subjects for the University of Cambridge and Zimbabwe Schools Examination Council (ZIMSEC) examinations. In addition, the High School boasts of a vibrant student life, offering extracurricular activities, co-curricular programs, and opportunities for community involvement. High School students also engage in sporting activities such as athletics, cricket, rugby, soccer, basketball, volleyball and netball in addition to clubs that include; Arts and Music, Interact, Debating, Chess Youth Against Aids and Junior Achievers. |

| Corporate governance |
The College is governed by a board of trustees and an eight member board of directors. The Trust Academy Board of Directors is made up of eight board members; three directors are seconded from the Zimbabwe Project Trust Board of Trustees, four are independent external directors and the managing director is an ex-officio member of the Board. The board of directors has two sub committees; Operations Committee and Finance & Human Resources Committee. Non-executive board members chair both committees and the board meets quarterly.
Trust Academy "prepares the young to live in their time." What students learn in High School, Business and Secretarial School and ICT Centre must serve them in developing solutions to the unscripted problems that await them in the world beyond the academy. | The Executive Director |
| Mr. T. Mataka (ACIS, MBA, BAcc (Hons), holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration and has a Masters in Business Administration Degree obtained again from the University of Zimbabwe. As the Executive Director for Trust Academy, Mr. Mataka is responsible for overseeing the overall running of all business interests for Trust Academy including ensuring that the company´s policies are implemented and adhered to. The Principal for Trust Academy reports directly to him. |

| Mr. Mark Dembure (BSc Hons Econs, MBA) holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration degrees, both from the University of Zimbabwe. He has 2 years Sales and Marketing Management experience and over 11 years of teaching and education administration experience acquired with the Ministry of Education and Culture, Kwekwe Technical College and Trust Academy, of which the last five years he was the college's Senior Lecturer in charge of the Business School. Mr. Dembure is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the college business. |

| Administration Accountant |
| Mr. Maxwell Mugona (SAAA Diploma, IAC Diploma, and CIS Part D) holds a SAAA (formerly ZAAT) Diploma in Accounting, an IAC Diploma in Accounting and is currently on CIS part D stage. He is in charge of the Accounts and Administration department. Maxwell has over 8 years accounting experience in the public and private sectors. |

| Senior Lecturer (Business School) |
Mr. Herbert T. Mbindi (BA-UZ, LCCI, and I.A.C) and Currently studying Master of Business Administration (ZOU). He has worked for Trust Academy for the past ten years. He joined the college from the Ministry of Education and Culture where he had worked for 4 years as a high school teacher for English and History as well as a head of department. His area of specialization is Business Communication and Customer Service. He has taught Business Communication on the following professional programmes; CIS, IMM, ZAAT, IAC, MIS for 6 years.
He was instrumental in setting up the Academic and Professional department as well as the Examinations department where he had a brief stint before taking up his current position in 2004. Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Zimbabwe and LCCI and IAC qualifications in Public Relations and Marketing. His vision is to see Trust Academy be on the lead in providing efficient, courteous, reliable and trustworthy customer services and imparting of quality career information and knowledge as well as source reference to its customers. |

| Mr. Arinos Murimi (BA -UZ, Grad .CE). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Religious Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Education both from the University of Zimbabwe. He joined Trust Academy in 2003 after working as a High School Teacher for ten years. He is responsible for the running of the Academics section ensuring quality provision of tuition, acquiring and safekeeping of resources used by the students, maintaining discipline, organizing sports and trips among others. |

| Mr. Ishmael Chidembo. He qualified as a trainer in the secretarial field in 2001 and has been working as a lecturer since 2002. He also served in other capacities as Administrator of Executive Skills College and Administrator for Business Career Development. He joined Trust Academy in September 2004. |

Joined Trust Acdemy in 2008 after serving the Govt for 14 yrs. Also worked for an NGO for 6 Months as a Finance Admin. |
